According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, of a total of 2,295,722 cosmetic surgeries performed in the U.S. last year, men accounted for 289,360 of those, making up 13 percent of the total.

For men, the most popular cosmetic surgery was rhinoplasty, nose reshaping surgery, with 65,121. Second was eyelid surgery with 45,806 procedures. Cheek implant procedures were third at 28,638.
