HOW DOES COOL SCULPTING WORK?
The principle that makes fat freezing work is relatively simple. Fat cells are not hardy like skin cells. When exposed to precisely controlled cooling, fat cells freeze while the skin remains unharmed. When fat cells freeze, the cellular structure becomes damaged and unable to store fat. The disabled cell is no longer functional. In response, the body collects the frozen fat cells via the lymphatic system. The fat cells are metabolized and processed out of the body in the form of waste.
This fat reduction process is known as Cryolipolysis. “Cryo” means cold-induced, “lipo” means fat cells, and “lysis” means cell death and removal.
