Upper ptosis repair surgery via frontalis sling method was performed to resolve severe issue of muscle weakness. Patient had this muscle weakness condition since child birth.
Upper excess skin & fat removal and lower fat removal and skin tightening surgery was performed to achieve the desired result.
Upper eyelid excess skin was removed (more skin on her left eyelids than right) and ptosis(muscle tightening) procedures were performed to help resolve the issue with patient’s very visible eyelids asymmetry.
