African American patient concerned about her puffy upper and lower lids causing her to look tired. Dr. Lee performed upper eyelid blepharoplasty (excess eyelids skin and fat removal) and lower eyelid fat removal surgery from an inside incision – Dr. Lee prefers to avoid any visible incision on darker skin patients due to higher risk of permanent scarring.
