Description:

Lower eyelid surgery with substantial fat removal via transconjunctival (inside of eyelids) method only WITHOUT excess skin tightening was performed. Patient was advised by Dr. Lee to have his skin tightened for optimal results. He elected not to have the skin tightening procedure due to lengthier recovery and wanted a more natural result. Dr. Lee recommends correcting the hollowness with Restylane filler to the lower lids trough to minimize the sunken appearance.

However, this patient was very pleased with his result and did not elect to have the filler injection. (After photos were taken only 10 days after
