Lower eyelid excess fat removal with extensive skin tightening was performed to achieve desired results. Patient has some muscle tissue right underneath lower lids lashes and the skin can not be tightened any tighter. Patient is very happy with the natural result. (After photos were taken 1 Month after surgery/procedure)
