Description:

Upper and lower eyelid excess fat removal from inside eyelids (no incision on outside) was performed. Patient had substantial amount of fat removed from her lower lids. Dr. Lee recommended to just have fat removal from inside only to avoid any potential scarring. Even though she had substantial amount of stretched lower lids skin, Dr. Lee advised not to tighten it due to a visible scar that would be present.

Instead, she received filler injection to the lower lids to help with the appearance of the “sunken” that can be visible once fat is removed and excess stretched skin can not be tightened. (After photos were taken 1 month after surgery/procedure)
