Asian Crease with Excess Skin Removal via Full Incision and Epicanthoplasty surgery was performed to achieve desired results. Patient was bothered by her asymmetry and also small eyes. She wanted a more open and alert appearance. Dr. Lee recommended the epicanthoplasty procedure to elongate her eyes to allow for a more visible crease. Dr. Lee informed her that a simple crease and epicanthoplasty surgery will not solve her eyes asymmetry that is due to a lot of different factors in her natural anatomy.
