Asian Crease with Excess Skin Removal via Full Incision and Epicanthoplasty surgery was performed to achieve desired results. Patient was bothered by her asymmetry and also small eyes. She wanted a more open and alert appearance. Dr. Lee recommended the epicanthoplasty procedure to elongate her eyes to allow for a more visible crease. Dr. Lee informed her that a simple crease and epicanthoplasty surgery will not solve her eyes asymmetry that is due to a lot of different factors in her natural anatomy. She understood how challenging her anatomy was and wanted just an improvement and she was very happy with the result. (After photos were taken 1 Month after surgery/procedure).
