Facial Surgery Costs Overview

Facial Cosmetic Surgery in main line, Philadelphia & Bryn Mawr

This is an overview of costs related to eyelid surgery and facial cosmetic surgery. There is a  $75 or $120(revision surgery) consultation fee to have Dr. Lee evaluate you to see whether you are a good candidate for surgery or injections. This fee assures that everyone that Dr. Lee sees is serious about having a procedure and understands that they are paying for his expertise. This fee is non-refundable and does not mean he will accept or agree to perform any procedure on the patient.
  • Upper Eyelid Surgery (blepharoplasty - excess eyelids skin/fat removal) cost consists of removal of excess eyelid skin & fat: $2400-$3000*(for patients with noticeable brow asymmetry, multiple creases/folds or lack of visible crease, a crease fixation procedure may need to performed to provide a cleaner and defined result)
  • Lower Eyelid Surgery cost, commonly referred to as "baggy and puffy" lower lids: $2500-$3500(fat removal only; performed from inside eyelids; no visible scar; price varies depending on amount of fat removal required) to $3500(fat removal and excess skin tightening; fat removal performed from inside eyelids; small incision outside at corner of eyelids that requires 2-3 months to heal completely)*
  • Dr. Lee's Brow Lift Surgery cost (Dr. Lee's signature surgery that he invented which is performed with only local anesthesia in the office with minimal recovery; the least invasive brow lift procedure surgery available) : $4000 **substantial cost savings since this procedure can be performed in an office setting unlike all other brow lift surgery alternatives
  • Asian Crease  / Double Eyelid Surgery cost: $3000-$3500 (most patients require full-incision method to remove excess skin and/or fat ~ $3000; higher price will be charged based on difficulty of the surgery such as noticeable brow asymmetry- addressing brow asymmetry is very difficult with the crease procedure, Dr. Lee will fixate the crease at a higher height on the eyelid with the lower brow and also remove slightly more excess skin to deal with this issue, however this procedure is very difficult and requires extreme precision; every individual has different eyes shape, level of pre-existing asymmetry, skin thickness, brow height/shape which contribute to method and difficulty of the surgery)
  • Epicantholplasty Surgery cost (also known as Medial Canthoplasty, elongates the eye by incision and reshaping the corners of the eye near nasal area)$2000
  • Lateral canthoplasty Surgery cost (elongating  and also opening the eyes with an incision at the outer corners of the eyes; this procedure releases the "cinched" outer corners and allows the upper eyelids to open more and create a more alert appearance; Dr. Lee can also tack the outer corners and shape the eyes to create a more exotic and "cat-like" appearance):$2000-$2500 (based on desired effect of the procedure)
  • Revision Eyelid Surgery: *varies depending on difficulty; Dr. Lee is very selective when performing revision surgery performed by other doctors; pricing is usually at least 150-200% of standard price; Dr. Lee typically charges $3000-$3500 for unilateral revision procedure and $4500-$6000 for bilateral revision surgeries since these procedures requires a very high level of difficulty
  • Mid-Facial Silhouette Suture Lift Surgery cost: $4000 (this procedure is a "mini" office procedure face lift; surgery is performed under local injections in the office using permanent sutures to shape and sculpt the mid-face area; the procedure takes approximately 1.0-1.5 hrs to perform; Dr. Lee usually includes a temple lift procedure which provides a more effective result)
*prices reflect bilateral NON-REVISION surgery pricing(unilateral Asian crease/double eyelids surgery is NOT half the price; typically 75% of bilateral pricing); all prices are subject to change & final pricing will be determined by Dr. Lee during consultation Dr. Lee gives patients the optimal result in Main Line, Philadelphia & Bryn Mawr, if performed in our office surgical suite; additional fees may be incurred if the procedure must be performed in an out-patient hospital setting due to patient's health.
